It has been a while since I have posted something for you guys to enjoy. This is a little special project I was working on. Although it is a bit late, that does not mean I can’t share the love. ^^ Whether with loved ones, friends or family, have a good one people.
Oh, and P.S. this is waaaaaaay more pink than I am accustomed to.

This week’s page will be posted tomorrow morning as opposed to this evening. -_- I really need Adobe Illustrator on my laptop. That would make updates so much simpler. It is a work in progress. The artwork is all done, I just have to add in text. Keep an eye out for it.

So, after a hiatus that I was unprepared for (long story) I am back to posting on BR. I have a lot of catching up to do, but I do plan on completing this story. I am bent on it now.

A little something to snack on.
I was sitting home today (which has not happened in a long time) and I was thinking of the future chapters of Mimosa Cafe. What would happen to the characters who I have already introduced, their backgrounds and personalities, and who else would show up as things moved along? All good questions, and to be honest I am not entirely sure how things will unfurl. I mean, I have the all-encompassing overview of how I want the story to go, but not everything is set in stone.
One good example would be the very first page of Mimosa Cafe. I had already colored everything and did the text layout of the first page before I scrapped the whole thing and started over. It just did not have the right feel to me. Although the revised first page is not perfect (I might re-do it to settle the nagging feeling in my head) but it was the right feel this time.
So, although I am feeling my way a bit in the storyline, every now and then I am hit with an idea of what I could put into the next few chapters. This is a good starting point for me, because once I know that I will use a certain scene, it is just a matter of making my way to that point in a way that is both entertaining and believable.
